Medical Secretarial

  • Managing patient appointments, rescheduling, and maintaining Doctors’ calendar

  • Explaining administrative procedures and policies and any updates to patients.

  • Preparing, transcribing and managing medical correspondence, including letters, reports and patient notes.

  • Ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping in line with data protection regulations
